MY VISION
It’s my mission to help you unlock this potential so you can attract and manifest the life you’ve always wanted. You can activate the infinite possibilities of life, something your past and present experiences made you believe was impossible.
Using various skills, techniques and tools, I’ll help you discover how to deal with everyday challenges and transform your life. You’ll learn to identify, defuse and strip away the “layers” that are holding you back in your life.
I chose the Matryoshka as my logo to symbolise the way we’re all made up of layers. Some of these layers are masks, others are memories and past hurts. The central doll is the only piece which cannot be divided and supports all the other layers. This is where you’ll find your true identity or essence (higher self). Connecting with it will help you attract and manifest the life you’ve always wanted - something that, until now, you’ve fought so hard in vain for.
Your inner life determines the shape of your outer life
Your beliefs, thought patterns, emotions and behaviour all transmit messages, influencing and shaping your surroundings. Unless you take control of your inner life, you’ll always be at the mercy of external events, which will only reinforce your EGO's self-deprecating voice. And you’ll be stuck in the same situation.
It's time to take control and live a fulfilling life. But first, you must connect with and learn to harness your infinite potential. Once you do this, you’ll become aware of your unconscious mechanisms and understand how to recognise your thoughts and emotions.

As a counsellor, life coach, and former social worker, I’m well-placed to support you both practically and emotionally, adapting each session to suit your greatest need at that time.
